"I can't say enough about these young ladies that go above and beyond to assist starting with Tila... Who answers the phone and is always so polite and courteous and helpful to Kaylee who has helped me tremendously with my claim..... "This morning I called requesting assistance regarding my policies. I was away from my residence, so I didn't have access to my personal home files. I was lucky enough to have a very understanding and helpful young lady (Maleah) come to my aid. She was very patient while I explained what I needed....within a few short minutes she had given me answers to all of my questions. I only wish more offices had staffing that was as efficient and helpful as Maleah. Good job State Farm!!!!!"

"We have been using State Farm for many years. Recently I got a notice that my payment on a car was not received although I had sent in check July 7 2025. After the second notice I stopped at office and paid the bill August 28 by credit card and I cancelled the check with a $35 stop check fee since it was now 6 weeks after I mailed the check. Today , 2 months after sending in the check, I received a text from the local office that my check was sent back and I needed to make up the payment. Called and all was cleared but I am still out the $35 stop payment fee for what probably was an error at the State Farm main office or possibly the US Postal Service. Anyway it did throw a cloud of doubt to me on the efficiency of State Farm."
